Refunds and access
Complete books are not available to buy yet. You can read Chapter 1 of each book free from the books.
Information to keep
For an earlier purchase, check your books for the current payment status and try the steps in reading help. Keep the order reference from your purchase email. Never send card details or a recovery code.
Help with an earlier order
Purchase support is currently unavailable here. Keep your order reference, book title and a short description of the problem. Requesting help does not confirm that a refund has been approved or processed.
Changes to download access
A refund, dispute or revoked purchase can remove download access, including access through an older email link. Your downloads appear once payment and access are confirmed. Returning from checkout does not by itself confirm access.
